Job description
1. Treat patients with exercise, modalities, education, etc.
2. Educate patients and families.
3. Communicate changes in condition or ability to reach goals to Physical Therapist.
4. Participate in setting and achieving goals for the Rehab Department and ECMC.
5. Participates in continuing education resulting in 20 hours every 2 years.
6. Communicate with Physical Therapist, Providers, staff, patients, families and insurances as needed to provide quality care for the patient.
7. Perform accurate and complete documentation of care given and treatment plans.
